John Winn is the owner of 4 Winn Construction, Inc. After graduating from the University of California at Davis, he began his career as a civil engineer in Northern California’s most reliable and results-driven civil engineering firm in San Ramon, California.  He has worked on many prestigious projects such as River Islands, a 5,000 acre community. This community is comprised of architecturally-distinctive neighborhoods built by some of California’s most outstanding home builders. 

After relocating to Chicago he pursued his passion of architecture and custom home design, building in Orland Park, Palos Park, and Hinsdale. He is an expert at space efficiency and overall design. John is passionate about design, project management and customer satisfaction.
